Another Topsy Turvy Cake. This is for a masquerade theme sweet 16th party. The gold mask was made out of gum paste. This cake feeds about 70-75 servings.

Navy Blue and Beige Topsy Turvy Wedding Cake. The cake is white cake with Chocolate mousse filling. I did this cake while I were moving to a new place so I'm very proud of this cake :)
